Neem oil is a plant-based pesticide that’s been used for decades to control pests in gardens and on crops.

Neem oil acts as a natural pesticide and fungicide, controlling various pests like aphids, spider mites, whiteflies, and mealybugs.

It can be used to spot treat mealy bug fully concentrated - but is best to be diluted with water and castile soap (blue dawn dish soap also works) - if using in higher concentrations avoid spraying in full sun and ensure your leaves are washed off after you have allowed to sit for a minute or two on the plant.
